Spicy Sundried Tomato
Ham & Cheese Pinwheels

Serves: 32 Prep Time: 10 minutes
8oz, Cream Cheese
1 jar, B & M Sundried Tomato Pepper Jam
½ tsp, B & M Mediterranean Style Sea Salt, finely ground
¾ tsp, Red Pepper Paste or Seeds, finely ground
3 ea, Scallions, finely sliced
1# Ham, sliced thinly
1 ½ cup, Provolone Cheese, shredded
4 ea, 10" Sundried Tomato or Plain Tortillas
10 leaves Romaine, finely sliced
3 ½" toothpicks for serving

In mixing bowl, add cream cheese, B & M Sundried Tomato Pepper Jam, B & M Mediterranean Style Sea Salt, red pepper and beat well.
Fold in scallions with spoon, do not beat. Lay out tortillas, spreading mixture evenly and lightly to ends. Place ham slices on top of mixture through center of shell Sprinkle provolone cheese on top. Sprinkle romaine on top of cheese. Roll up tightly, wrap with plastic wrap, place in fridge for several hours until needed. At serving time, place toothpick 1" apart whole length of tortilla, slice in-between picks. Shingle slices on plate for easy serving.
