2 8 oz. Pkgs Cream Cheese, softened
1 jar B & M Ginger Peach Preserve
2 Scallions, very finely sliced
1 Red Sweet Pepper, very finely chopped
2 Tbls Jalapeño Pepper, very finely chopped
2 Tbls Parsley, very finely chopped
Mix together cream cheese, B & M Ginger Peach Preserve, scallions, sweet red pepper, jalapeño pepper. Spoon onto a large piece of plastic wrap, using wrap to form into a ball, place in refrigerator for overnight. Sprinkle parsley on top of cheese before serving time. Serve with crackers with slices of ham.
