Southwestern Toasted Peanuts

Serves: 4 Prep & Cook Time: 20 minutes
2 cups, Peanuts, raw, shelled
2 Tbls, Sweet Cream Butter
1 Tbls, Southwestern Style Sea Salt, finely ground
½ tsp, Cayenne Pepper, optional for more heat

In large non stick pan, melt butter to almost burn point, add peanuts and lightly brown, stirring to cook evenly. When lightly browned, remove from heat, place in bowl, add B & M Southwestern Style Sea Salt, mix well. Serve while warm.
