Southwestern Baked Corn

Serves: 4 Prep & Cook Time: 40 minutes
2 cans, Cream Style Corn
4 ea, Habaneras Chili Peppers, finely diced
1 ea, Sweet Red Pepper, finely diced
2 eggs, beaten lightly
½ cup, Corn Meal
1 ½ tsp, B & M Southwestern Style Sea Salt
2 cups, Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 Tbls, Parsley, finely chopped

Mix together; corn, eggs, corn meal, chili & red pepper, B & M Southwestern Style Sea Salt. Place in suitable baking dish. Mix cheese and parsley together, sprinkle on top of corn mixture. Bake in oven, uncovered at 350 degrees for appx. 30 minutes or until well heated. Serve.
