Grilled Pork Chops with Ginger Peach Glaze

Serves: 4 Prep Time: 10 min
4 ea, 6oz, Pork Loin Chops
Sea Salt & White Pepper
1 jar, B & M Ginger Peach Jam
2 oz, White Wine, dry
¼ tsp, Clove, ground
2 Scallions, finely sliced, separated, greens from whites
1 Tbls, B & M Mustard, of choice

Season pork chops well with salt & pepper. Place pork chops in suitable broiler pan. In mean time, in a small pot, add wine, clove and reduce to ½, add B & M Mustard, then B & M Ginger Peach Jam and white parts of scallions. Heat to simmer only. Brush on chops while cooking, turning to cook, browning evenly. The sugars in the jam, will glaze the chops. When chops are cooked, plate, sprinkle with tops of scallions, Serve.

Variation:
Use chicken breasts or ½ chicken or ½ game hens, basting with sauce, while cooking. Ham steaks too, in the broiler.
