Ginger Peach & Roasted
Sweet Red Pepper Dip

Serves: 2 Prep Time: 20 minutes
1 cup Yogurt, plain or non fat, at room temperature
1 ½ Tbls B & M Groovy Garlic Mustard
2 Tbls Roasted Sweet Red Pepper in Olive Oil, finely diced, strained of any oil
5 Tbls, Ginger Peach Preserve
1 each, Scallion, finely sliced, whites and green parts OR:
1 tsp Chives

Mix all ingredients together well. Let sit for 15 minutes to incorporate flavors, serve.

Uses:
Dip for vegetable platters, grilled shrimp or use as a topping for grilled or broiled chicken, pork chops or for a dipping sauce for shrimp, scallops.
