Serves: 6 Prep Time: 10 minutes
2# Green Cabbage, sliced thinly for slaw
1 cup, Carrots, shredded
1 cup, Red Cabbage, shredded
¾ cup, Grapeseed Oil
¾ cup, B & M Champagne Lavender & Apricot Champagne Vinegar
1 cup, Calif. Golden Raisins
1 can Mandarin Orange segments
1 cup, Walnuts, shelled, chopped
½ tsp, B & M Caribbean Style Sea Salt, finely ground
¼ tsp, White Pepper, finely ground
3 Tbls, Italian Leaf Parsley, chopped finely
Mix all ingredients, except mandarin oranges, let sit overnight in refrigerator to marinate. Garnish with mandarin oranges before serving time.
Options:
Use pecans instead of walnuts
For a "Healthy Style", main salad dish;
Serve with broiled or grilled chicken breast, basted with Burnham & Mills, Apricot Pepper Jam
