Serves: 2 Prep Time: 20 minutes
2 ea, 6oz. Pork Loin Chops, well trimmed
1 jar, B & M Cranberry Orange Pepper Jam
4 Tbls, Water, cold
1/8 tsp, Nutmeg, ground
3 Tbls, Orange Liquor
1 Tbls, Cornstarch (mixed with the 4 Tbls, water
1 Tbls, Parsley, fresh, chopped
Season with B & M Five Peppercorn & Garlic Sea Salt
Season pork chops well with B & M 5 Peppercorn & Garlic Sea Salt. Place in broiler, turning to cook evenly. In Sauce pan, heat B & M Cranberry Orange Pepper Jam to simmer. Add cornstarch mixture, orange liquor if desired, parsley. Bring to slow simmer only. When chops are ¾ done, brush chops with a little sauce, continue to broil, until done. A glaze will form on the chops in a few minutes. Serve sauce on the side.
Serving:
Place chops on platter, in a shingled manner, pour sauce over chops, serve.
This sauce can be used for chicken breasts, Cornish game hens, ham steaks, during the cooking process.
