Serves: 4 Cook & Prep Time: 45 min
1 ea, Butternut Squash, peeled, randomly diced at appx. 1”
1 tsp, B & M Mediterranean Sea Salt, finely ground, to taste
¼ cup, Brown Sugar
¼ cup, Sweet Cream Butter
1 ea, Lemon, juice of
Mix all ingredients into mixing bowl, toss well. Place into baking dish, cover with a piece of greased brown paper. (Using a brown paper bag, cut to fit baking dish, then lightly spray it with spray release or lightly butter) Bake at 350 degrees, mixing once in a while. Bake until knife just goes though squash, do not over cook.
