B & M Sundried Tomato & Pepper
Sauce for Chicken or Seafood

Serves: 2 Prep Time: 10 min
1 jar B & M Sundried Tomato & Pepper Jam
Pan Spray
½ cup Onions, coarsely chopped
4 Chili Peppers, finely ground
1 large Bay Leaf
2 oz. Chianti Wine
2 ea, Scallions, finely chopped
¼ tsp, B & M Mediterranean Style Sea Salt, finely ground

Using suitable pot, spray pan well, sauté’ onions until transparent with bay leaf. Add wine then reduce to 1/2, cook several minutes, add B & M Sundried Tomato Pepper Jan and B & M Mediterranean Sea Salt. Bring to simmer only, keeping warm for serving. Add scallions just before serving time.

Variations:
Use chardonnay wine instead of Chianti for seafood, for a lighter flavor.
