1 jar, B & M Apricot Pepper Jam
2 oz. Chardonnay Wine
Ground Clove to taste
2 ea, Scallions, finely sliced, separated
Heat wine to evaporate alcohol, add Apricot Pepper Jam and a touch of clove. When just at simmer only, add white parts of scallion, continue to cook for just a minute more, remove from heat. Before serving, add green parts of scallions.
