1 jar, B & M Apricot Pepper Jam
2 oz. Toasted Almonds, Slivered
1 Tbls, Butter Sweet Cream
2 oz. Chardonnay Wine
Sea Salt & White Pepper
In saute' pan, melt butter saute' almonds to golden brown only. Add wine, reduce slightly then add Apricot Pepper Jam, bringing to simmer only. Season to taste. Serve.
