Apricot Glazed Baked Ham Patties
Serves: 4 Prep & Cook Time: 45 min
1 1/4 lb, Ham, cooked, ground
1/2 cup White, bread crumbs
1/2 cup Whole Milk
2 ea Eggs, large
1/4 cup Scallions, finely sliced
1/4 cup Blue Cheese, crumbled
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp B & M Honey Buzzin Mustard
1/2 cup Bread & Chocolate Apricot Pepper Jam

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. In mixing bowl, mix ham, bread crumbs, eggs, milk, scallions, cheese, Worcestshire Sauce, 1 tsp B & M Honey Buzzin Mustard. Portion off into 4 large patties appx. 4" across, flattening out somewhat. Spray baking dish. Bake for appx. 20 minutes. In mean time, in sauce pan, heat B & M Apricot Pepper Jam and remainder of Honey Buzzin Mustard, pour over patties, continue to bake until done. Serve.
