It is disappointing after paying premium price for a bottle of hot chocolate powder that there is not a label with instructions or ingredients. Once the tag came off the bottle, I had to look online for the amount of milk and cocoa mix to use under the recipe section. The glass bottle packaging is cute and hot chocolate is good.

I used to always use the powders or syrups that dissolved in the milk to make my chocolate milk, and it was fine.
But my teenage son has always preferred hot cocoa mix in his cold milk. I tried it and I am totally hooked on it. It doesn't dissolve completely, so you get chocolate milk, chocolate foam, chocolate powder and some chunks of chocolate. Highly recommended!

All I need to say is YUM!

The list of ingredients is great, but the flavor doesn't match what I'm reading on the label. It is too sweet, the sweetener doesn't taste like cane sugar but more like corn sugar, and I can't detect the vanilla flavor.

This is one of my favorite hot chocolate mixes. The only problem for me are the directions. It says add 2 heaping tsp of mix to hot milk. It doesn't say how much milk. I find that it needs about 2 tablespoons for 8 oz of whole milk. But that's just my taste. You might want less or more. It just really good!

Honestly this is the best hot chocolate I have ever had. Smooth, rich, and absolutely delicious.

I found this at Whole Foods and thought I would give it a try. I think I got maybe 4 cups of hot chocolate, and my grandson used the rest. Walked every aisle in Whole Foods yesterday looking for this, and was very disappointed that they didn't have it any more. The good news is that I did find it on line, and can try other versions that Whole Foods did not carry. Thank you for this wonderful treat

We have always made hot cocoa from scratch at my house, because all of the mixes simply didn't measure up. My middle son gave us a bottle of the chocolate-chocolate for Christmas and I tried it for the first time yesterday. I am impressed! This tastes as close to homeade as I believe you can get. I want to thank you for making a quality product that has basically the same ingredients that I use at home. Simple and good, it doesn't get any better than that.

I am always trying to find ways to improve my family's diet with natural/organic products. I too was hesitant to spend $6 on hot chocolate, but I will never go back to any other brand! You can also add a teaspoon of this to hot coffee for a rich chocolate flavor. Thanks for such a wonderful product!

Simply THE BEST !
Warning: Once you try it, no other hot chocolate mix will ever do for you. You cannot and will not want to go back to any other mix, and I am comparing Silly Cow to some of the best and priciest mixes out there, Cadbury's (UK), Droste (Holland), Ghirardelli, Godiva, Williams-Sonoma, and yes... Nestlé Nesquick (my childhood favorite).
They ALL leave a slight off aftertaste in your mouth except this one. Amazing chocolate flavor!
Pro: The cute little square glass bottle.
Con: The cute little square glass bottle (with no way of reaching inside it with a standard sized spoon).
