When Fran and I looked out our window on that frosty December night, there arose a familiar figure on a flying Vermont Holstein cow. The stars were twinkling, the air was still and you could hear the faint sound of cow bells as our Santa flew through the sky. It was a heavenly sight. With a gleam in his eyes and joy in his voice, he exclaimed, "What fabulous cocoa for a long ride tonight!"
